Situation:
Very little Power assisted Steering. Upon initial startup i have a small amount of PS, but after about 10 minutes it is gone and the steering is fully nonpowered. It is not intermittent, that is how it is every day. There are no leaks anywhere in the system. All fluid is accounted for.

Previous work:
I have replaced the PS pump. It was not making any noise, but I assumed it was the problem and did it anyway. It was replaced with a known working Nissan TT PS Pump. The fluid has been flushed and bled out 2 times now, with the appropriate Mercon ATF. I have never replaced the Rack or the Hoses.

Diagnosis?
Thumbing through the manual it seems to suggest it is one of the hoses. I am not sure however. there is a passage in the diagnostics section which seems to track along with my symptoms that there will be a slight amount of power assist akin to higher speed normal operation, but that is all.

Does anyone have any idea? I really really need to get Power Streering back on the car.
